Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Fixmyplace LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Fixmyplace LLC provides handyman and comprehensive repair services as described on the website. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services without prior notice.
Prices and Payment
Prices for services can be obtained through the form posted on our website. A 30% deposit of the agreed amount is required to start the work. The remaining 70% must be paid upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the start of work. A refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for clearing the work area of valuable or fragile items before the arrival of the repair team. Fixmyplace LLC is not responsible for any damage to items left in the work area.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on our handyman and comprehensive repair services. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fixmyplace LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bay County, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
